DDMR is operated by Burstworks, Inc. This notice explains how we handle information when you visit ddmr.com, contact us, or make a privacy request.

You can contact us about your information or make a privacy request at any time.

2. Information we handle

Information you provide

Our contact form asks for your first and last name, email address, subject, and message. A phone number is optional. We also receive information you include in emails, business inquiries, or privacy requests. Please share only what is needed for your request.

Website and security information

Visiting the website or submitting a form can provide technical information such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, pages requested, and security or error information. Our hosting, email, verification, and analytics providers may process information needed to provide those services.

The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA for abuse prevention. Cloudflare provides website hosting and delivery of messages submitted through the form. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service describe its processing.

3. How information is used and disclosed

We use website and contact information to respond to requests, communicate about our business, maintain the website, understand website usage, and prevent spam, fraud, and security incidents.

DDMR does not sell personal information. Service providers supporting hosting, email delivery, website analytics, and verification may receive information for those functions. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to establish or defend legal rights.

4. Cookies and browser privacy signals

Third-party website tools may use cookies or similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser. When your browser enables Global Privacy Control or sends a Do Not Track preference, this website does not load its optional analytics tag manager. Security verification can still operate when you use the contact form.

5. Retention and security

We retain information according to the purpose for which it is held, applicable legal obligations, and the need to resolve requests or disputes. A privacy request can ask us to explain what information we hold and whether it can be deleted. Records required for legal obligations or to document a privacy preference may need to be retained.

We use measures intended to protect information and restrict access. No website, transmission method, or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your privacy choices

We welcome privacy requests regardless of where you live. Depending on the information and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, or to limit certain uses.

You do not need an account to make a request. We may ask for the minimum additional details needed to locate records or verify a request when required. If we cannot locate a record or a legal exception applies, we will explain the outcome rather than claim that data was deleted.

Use our Privacy Choices page for request methods. California also provides DROP, a centralized deletion-request service for registered data brokers. A request to DDMR is separate from a request through that state service.

7. Changes to this notice

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it. A change to this notice does not itself authorize a new use of information.
